Whitney Washing Machine Brings Water Damage
This kitchen floor in Whitney had soapy water damage that needed extraction and drying. The technicians from SERVPRO arrived quickly and began water removal efforts. Because the water cleanup process began so quickly after the initial event, very little structural damage occurred in the kitchen other than the glue-down tile on the concrete substrate which the techs removed to another area for drying and inspection for reinstallation to save the homeowner the cost of replacement. The technicians did not need to drill weep holes, remove the toe kicks under the cabinets or the baseboards. After drying, the techs wipe down all the surfaces to leave the kitchen ready for the reinstallation of the tile and for prepping meals again.
